What is transformation coaching?

Transformation

tran(t)sfərˈmāSH(ə)n

Transformational coaching is a way of working with clients that moves beyond the surface of a single topic or dynamic. It is holistic in the sense that it both considers AND impacts all aspects of ‘who you are’ - unlike so many of the systems we encounter (and rely on) nowadays. Intentional transformation enables us to have a different relationship with ourselves and one another over time - in how we see, think, feel and behave in situations.

Giving ourselves permission to grow, change and consciously participate in the process, allows us to flourish and become more empowered creators in our own lives. I believe the lasting change we seek most often occurs when we feel safe and supported enough to practice vulnerability, make space for healing in our lives, and take time to integrate the Divine order of it all.

Together, we will collaborate around your values, identity and sense of purpose in order to create the changes and routines that are most aligned for your life!

Why do you focus on working with women?

Women

I am growing to love this question more and more every time it is posed, as I get to discover new layers of my “why”, and update my own self-understanding, each time I lean into my curiosity. In short, I choose to focus on working with women because the greatest depths of my own personal transformation journey to date have taken place in my reclamation of what it means to be a human woman, here and now.

I feel a deep connection to, and whispers of wisdom from, what I have come to know as my original Mother - Earth Mother, the planet I now call my home. I believe that all of the two-legged beings residing here and identifying as human, are being asked to return to wholeness and harmony. This wholeness is something we access by fully realizing ourselves, remembering our magic, and discovering and rediscovering the gifts we hold. When we step into this recognition and live from this place, we become inspired creators and healers, reclaiming the energy we used to pour into worry, hurry, suffering and struggle - in order to become our own highest vision: a reflection of pure Divinity right here on Earth.

And while the feminine aspects of our experience are most certainly not the only ones worth acknowledging, updating or reclaiming, my experiences to date have suggested that they are deeply neglected, or forgotten, for so many of us, and are a clear gate to step through as we navigate our way back to wholeness.
