I AM Lindsey - Daughter of Earth Mother and Joan, Granddaughter of Melberta and Mildred. I am a white and able-bodied, cis-gendered female, of mostly German ancestry, living on various stolen lands in the country we now refer to as the United States of America. Most days, my identity experience consists of Embodied Woman, Sister-Friend, Daughter, Creatrix and Land Steward. 

Like a fern - ever-growing…casting out spores - dying back as needed...evolving into new ways of communicating and co-existing. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the ways of the natural world - mystified by the dances we humans do: with ourselves, one another and our home planet.

As I have weaved my way through the first 4 decades of this life - I have been blessed with opportunities to travel and shadow great beings and teachers, build community, grow food, make medicine, steward sacred lands, and to immerse myself into the study of health and well-being - inspired by both ancient and modern perspectives from around the world. 

This latest chapter of my personal dance has been rich in self-study, somatic therapies and nervous system healing, capacity building and a deep dive into the realm of social justice - via the gates of embodiment. As a certified coach of integrative health and nutrition, transformation guide, facilitator of sacred women’s circles, and humbled lifelong student - I am most grateful to serve as a vehicle of remembrance, resourcing and reclamation.
